Wedding Day Management
Above and beyond day-of coordination
You enjoy planning but there is no way you want to be worrying about all the details in the weeks leading up to your big day. We will arm you with helpful resources and step in to orchestrate your wedding day, allowing you to relax and cherish the experience with your family and friends.
- Vendor recommendations to suit your budget and wedding style
- Consultation session (2 hours) at any point during planning process to address your questions and concerns.
- Details meeting 6-8 weeks prior to wedding day to review all wedding plans and discuss logistics
- Attend final meeting with venue to confirm all reception details
- Develop detailed wedding day itineraries for you, your family, the wedding party, Master(s) of Ceremony and all vendors
- Confirm arrangements with all vendors 1-2 weeks before wedding
- Attend and coordinate ceremony rehearsal
- Ceremony and reception décor setup (some restrictions apply)
- Full onsite coordination of wedding day by your Creative Ideas Ltd.’s team (until 10:00pm)

Design & Decor Bringing your vision to life
Whether you have a lot of ideas or you need our creativity, we will work with you to conceptualize and execute your wedding design, ensuring visual cohesiveness from seat covers to stationery.
- Consultation session (2 hours) to discuss the theme and design of your wedding vision
- Visit to ceremony and reception locations (Accra area) to discuss specifications of décor and
floor plan. (Other areas will attract additional charges) - Creative design solutions presented to suit your venue(s), vision and budget (includes colour
palettes, inspiration boards, table mock-ups, budget estimates and more) - Provide quotations on rental and decor items
- Vendor management for invitations and all stationery requirements
- All floral requirements (bouquets, ceremony, reception etc.)
